Login Issues
I forgot my password / My password expired
Resetting your password is easy…
- Locate your account
- Enter your user name/login ID (e.g., john.dosage@oneid.on.ca)
- Answer 2 security challenge questions to verify your identity
- Enter your new password.
Remember that your new password must contain:
- At least 8 characters (e.g., sAJ8dk9*LO)
- One or more lower case letters (e.g., m)
- One or more upper case letters (e.g., M)
- One or more numbers (e.g., 7).
I forgot my user name (login ID)
Follow these steps to retrieve your user name:
- Locate your account
- Enter your first name, last name and date of birth
- Answer 2 security challenge questions to verify your identity
- Your login ID will be displayed on screen.
I want to see / update my profile
- Log in to the portal using your ONE ID account
- Go to View my Profile.
Your profile allows you to change your:
- email address
- phone number
- language preferences
- password, and
- challenge questions
As well as see:
- a list of your enrolments (applications to which you have access)
- the documents you provided to enrol, and more besides.
I need a ONE ID account
If you are in a clinical setting (hospital, CCAC, etc.), you’ll need to go through your Local Registration Agent (LRA), who will guide you through the process and set up your account. You will need to pieces of identification, at least one of which will need to be a photo ID (driver’s license, passport, etc.)
