Cookies

Cookies are small files that websites put on your computer hard disk drive when you first visit. Think of a cookie as an identification card that's uniquely yours. Its job is to notify the site when you've returned.

Many websites, including eHealth Portal, use cookies. Cookies tell us how often you visit pages, which helps us find out what information interests you. In this way, we can give you more of the content you like and less of the content you don't.

If you have cookies disabled on your browser you will be able to access all the public facing content on eHealth Portal, but you will not be able to log into any of our secure services.

Confidentiality and Security

We limit access to personal information about you to employees who, as part of their job, need to come into contact with that information to provide products or services to you. We have physical, electronic, and procedural safeguards to protect personal information about you. To learn more about security, including the security steps we have taken, please read Security at eHealth Ontario .

eHealth Ontario may amend this policy from time to time. If we make any substantial changes we will notify users by posting a prominent announcement on our portal.
